Specification
The setzer makes it possible to automatically register pieces while playing the organ. Along with additional execution modules and units, the setzer controls turning on/off individual organ stops. The combination of stops is stored in FlashPEROM, so it does not disappear after turning off the setzer. The basic version of the device can memorize 10000 combinations (or otherwise according to the order). Memory can be split into banks or used as a single whole (according to the order). The setzer has its own power supply with a power voltage filter. All inputs and outputs are optically insulated. This solution together with the power voltage filter effective prevents overvoltages caused by switched coils and disturbances interfering from the power grid voltage.
The setzer has three measurement inputs. Two of them are used for swell boxes indicators. The last one can be used according to the order. It is also possible to increase the number of these inputs according to the order. The devices presented on the photos can control organs with 64-stops or 128-stops (the given number is the total of stops and couples). We can make setzers with any total number of stops and couples (according to the order). The setzer can be connected to a 32-level sensor of the crescendo roll (or otherwise according to the order).
There are 32 function buttons for the maintenance of the setzer (or otherwise according to the order). Some of them are used for such purposes as: changing digits of thousands, hundreds and tens in the combination number, unlocking memory, turning on the crescendo roll, 0 to 9 digit buttons, increasing and decreasing the combination number, turning off all stops. Others can be freely programmed according to the order, for example for turning on predefined combinations (tutti, forte, piano, turning off all reed stops etc.). Function buttons can be doubled (for example, you can connect a few pairs of buttons for increasing or decreasing the combination number). Pressing function buttons is indicated by LEDs. Systems which control these LEDs as well as LEDs that indicate turning on stops have their own joints for connecting knobs or switches backlights (load for a single LED or according to the order). Information about the actually selected combination number, the crescendo roll level and swell box levels are displayed on LED displays or a single LCD display (according to the order). The standard operation of the setzer can be changed according to the order.
At present, we are in stage of designing a USB 2.0 module for a PenDrive memory. This module allows storing combinations written in FlashPEROM of the setzer in an external memory unit and editing on PC computer.
